01. What if we don't hit 30 students in 90 days?
We work for free until you do, as long as you run our agreed upon intro offer and teach the trials. We continue running ads, nurture, and appointment-setting at zero additional cost until 30 new paying students hit your roster.
02. What happens after the 90 days?
The system keeps producing. We continue on the same performance terms, month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel. There's no contract lock-in. Most schools we work with stay because the per-student economics keep getting better as the system optimizes.
03. What if my school is too small or too new?
If you're under 50 students or under $15k MRR we won't be able to partner up, but we are more than happy to have the Blueprint Call and help you establish a plan to grow to 50+ students. Our Student Growth Infrastructure works best for schools at 70–200 students with $20k–$60k MRR.
04. How much do I need to spend on ads on top of working with you?
Ad budget is separate from anything you'd pay us: it goes directly to Meta and Google. We'll recommend a specific monthly ad budget on the Blueprint Call based on your market size, your goals for the 90-day window, and your local competitor density.
05. How is this different from the agencies that have already pitched me?
Three differences. (1) We promise paying students, not 'leads' or 'opportunities.' Every other agency hedges on the unit. (2) Our risk reversal is 'work for free until you hit the number,' not a 30-day cap or a money-back. (3) We're martial-arts-only. Adria's been on the mats; the enrollment script came from real reps with paying schools, not a copywriting template.
06. Do you handle my Google Business Profile and reviews?
Yes. GBP overhaul + automated review collection is part of the install. We rebuild your GBP listing, add the categories, photos, and Q&A that drive local pack rankings, and set up a review-request system that runs automatically off your enrollment flow.
07. How long does the install take before things start working?
7–14 days from kickoff. Ads are live within the first week. The DB Reactivation Blitz (turning your old leads into trials) typically produces inquiries inside the first 72 hours. Full optimization compounds across the 90-day window.
08. What's the Blueprint Call like?
45 minutes. No slide deck, no pitch deck. We diagnose your current setup and identify the top 2–3 fixes most likely to add new students to your school. Within 24 hours we send you a written Student Growth Blueprint, the diagnosis and how to act on it, yours to keep whether we work together or not. If we're a fit, we'll invite you to a separate call to walk through how working together would work and the numbers.
